I enjoyed the cleanliness and daily housekeeping that kept the room neat. The staff were always helpful and solved any issues promptly, which made the stay comfortable.
The WiFi allowed only three connections, which could be limiting for groups. the breakfast options were somewhat limited beyond room service, and the key card was inconvenient at times, needing frequent re-validation.

absolutely terrible experience! breakfast in-room? ridiculous for a hotel of this caliber. I expected some complimentary chocolates or at least a normal meal area, but alas! such high expectations, yet so poorly met. I almost left a good review, but just couldn’t.

A good option for an overnight stay in Mumbai at a reasonable price. The staff was really friendly and made sure my needs were taken care of. Make sure to check if everything in your room works before settling in.

The location is very convenient for shopping.
The hotel reception is cramped and uninviting. My room was on the ground floor next to the kitchen, which led to constant noise throughout my stay. the amenities provided were lacking. I expected a bathrobe and slippers in a hotel of this price range but was disappointed to find only one dental kit available.
